Relationships are hard work mainly because everyone is raised to be
independent or raised to believe their family values are best.
How
you share your independent perspectives and family values to form a
new relationship with another person is key to a happy, respectful
and loving relationship. Using a non-biased approach with couples, I
help the relationship without choosing a side of right or wrong.
We
can all be right in our own values and perspectives and we can also
be wrong.
We will work in a safe place to move away from who is
right/wrong to understanding better ways to communicate each others
needs that embrace what is good for the relationship. I utilize the
latest, research-based approach in therapeutic theories and
techniques with my couples.
