Depression
Depression shows up in many different ways for many people. Life
events can enhance or trigger feelings of loss, sadness and despair.
We will work to pinpoint just what is out of alignment in your life
so that you can move into a healthier, happier state of wellbeing.
It
is often said that you can’t see the sun through the clouds; we
will work together to move the clouds out of the way to see some
parts of your sun.
You may not see the full sun but we will work to
find some rays that will bring light.
Anxiety
When we lose our ability to self soothe and calm our senses it can
become overwhelming.
Symptoms may show up as hypertension, fatigue,
memory loss, shortness of breath, headaches, stomach pains, chest
pains, nausea, dizziness, confusion, shakiness, and feeling out of
control.
We will work to identify the origin of triggers and how to
safely choose and incorporate coping mechanisms to help you during
these intense times.
